As the Dietitian, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Provide individual nutrition assessments for all interested referred participants For nutritionally at risk participants who are referred to the Food Farmacy, provide on-site assistance in the selection of food items and offer guidance on proper preparation Provide individual, on-going nutritional counseling and assistance for menu planning and meal preparation for patients for a period up to six months Maintain all required program documentation including services provided, client participation and progress notes Work collaboratively with community partners and Food Farmacy staff Provide nutritionally focused written material to program participants Dietitian Minimum Salary: $ 25.00/hour Dietitian Maximum Salary: $ 29.00/hour Dietitian Schedule: Monday - Thursday (20 hours/week) 5 hours/day

NO on-call shifts

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Education or a related field Certification:

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN)
