Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our practice at our
Fort Wayne, IN
location that employs excellent diplomatic communication skills. An interested candidate should have the ability to collaborate with intra-interdepartmental team members as well as community organizations or members. A qualified candidate would have the ability to multitask and utilize critical thinking skills to best serve our patients.
Parkview Midwives Practice and Schedule Clinic locations at Parkview Carew and Southwest, deliveries at Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center In Allen county we are able to provide waterbirth and nitrous oxide as pain management options for labor Great collaboration and support among the other 11 full-time CNM, the collaborating physician, and our in-house OB Hospitalists Gynecological exams, Family planning needs, Treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, Prenatal care, Labor and delivery support, Tub births (Allen County), Menopause care
Job Requirements MSN from a Nurse Midwifery Program accredited by ACNM. Licensed or ability to be licensed as a nurse midwife by the State of Indiana Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNM preferred.
Certifications as required by specialty which may be but are not limited to: BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS/ACLS-EP PALS ATLS CSR
