Job Summary Seeking applicants for the appointment of Breast Radiologist for the Leslie Simon Breast Care and Cytodiagnosis Center located within the Cancer Center. The successful candidate shall be a practicing physician who will join our growing comprehensive breast surgical program which includes direct collegial onsite support from a multidisciplinary cancer team within a NAPBC accredited breast center. The ideal candidate should also carry exceptional inter‑personal skills with a goal of sharing a vision of unparalleled delivery of care through teamwork, collaboration, innovation and persistence for excellence.

Job Essentials

Perform and interpret breast imaging procedures

Communicate findings to referring physicians and patients

Participate in biopsy procedures and image‑guided interventions

Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of breast imaging technologies and protocols

Ensure compliance with MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) and ACR (American College of Radiology) standards

Education Requirements

Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution

Residency: Completion of a radiology residency program

Fellowship: Subspecialty fellowship in breast imaging or women’s imaging

License/Certification/Registry

State Medical License: Must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment

Board Certification: Certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Diagnostic Radiology

MQSA Compliance: Must meet Mammography Quality Standards Act requirements, including:

Certification by ARRT or equivalent

40 hours of documented mammography training (including breast anatomy, positioning, and pathology)

ARRT Mammography Credential (optional but preferred): Demonstrates advanced competency in mammography procedures

Benefits and Compensation Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum Rate $300,000 to $500,000
