Providing excellent healthcare to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction Educating patients about their injuries, progress, and expected outcomes Supervising aides during modalities and in setup/cleanup duties Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and setting new goals Determining discharge timing Documenting patient interactions accurately and timely Maintaining productivity levels, typically 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly Developing protocols for common diagnoses Participating in research studies Continuing professional development through courses and education allowances Qualifications
