Providing comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and well-being Assisting with labor progress, delivery procedures, and neonatal assessments Educating patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications/Skills
Strong knowledge of labor and delivery protocols and maternal health Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations Flexibility and adaptability to changing clinical environments Benefits
