$45,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr TeamBuilders is a community-based behavioral health organization with a vision to provide unconditional care to adults, children, and families. The Clinical Therapist, supervised by the Clinical Director, is responsible for psychosocial assessments, consultation, care coordination, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and conducting individual, group, or family therapy. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team and may include leading mental health or substance use specialists. Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related health field, including graduate studies. Up to two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health working with SMI/SUD/COD adults. Current New Mexico Licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT). Knowledge of community resources. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, colleagues, and community members. Computer literacy for maintaining compliance with BHSD standards. Valid NM Driver’s License, clean driving record, and auto insurance. Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural in English/Spanish preferred. TeamBuilders is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.
