Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour

Shift Differential – weekday nights $1.00/hour; weekend nights $2.00/hour

Paid Time Off (PTO) – 16 days/year

Position Summary Behavioral Health Technicians support youth in daily living skills, lead activities, and promote emotional growth while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights

Build positive, supportive relationships with youth.

Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, chores, and recreation.

Lead and participate in structured activities and learning opportunities.

Document progress, behaviors, and interactions.

Use trauma‑informed approaches, de‑escalation techniques, and crisis interventions when needed.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Education & Experience Requirements

High School Diploma.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Valid driver’s license & insurable (if driving required).

CPR & CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
