Provide individual and group therapy for adolescents, teens, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual Establish a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment in accordance with practice standards Collaborate with other clinicians, families, and the Clinic Director to ensure quality care and client satisfaction Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in a behavioral health science or related field Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Strong understanding of adolescent development, family dynamics, and therapeutic interventions Ability to develop creative therapeutic interventions that engage teens in the therapeutic process Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus) Requirements & Additional Information
Expected to maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely (depending on client needs) Occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate family schedules Compensation
