We are seeking a
Board-Certified Music Therapist
to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals, working with children and adolescents in a psychiatric inpatient setting. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for music with therapeutic practice to help patients heal, grow, and meet their treatment goals. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement music therapy interventions Set and track measurable goals and objectives for each patient Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment as needed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in team meetings and rounds Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards Engage patients through various music therapy techniques tailored to their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral needs Why Join Us?

Bachelor’s degree in
Music Therapy
or equivalent Board Certification
through the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) Must be at least 18 years of age Must obtain and maintain
CPR
and
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills
within 3 months of hire
Preferred:
1–3 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
