Overview
Wellness Clinician-Not Licensed role at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services in Union, NJ. Full-time 40 hours weekly; Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm. Salary: $54,000-$60,000 with a $5k sign-on bonus. Department: PACT 1 and PACT 3 – Union County. Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to the team in conjunction with the Team Leader and other licensed professionals such as the psychiatrist. Provide clinical support for the team, supervision, skill assessment, and teaching. Utilize best practices and strategies; ensure interventions are stage-based and tied directly to the recovery plans of persons receiving services. Provide assessment and direct service for people with seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals enrolled in the PACT Program as part of a multi-disciplinary core services team. Coordinate with the PACT Team Leader for clinical supervision (master’s level clinical supervision may be provided by the team in conjunction with the Psychiatrist and Director). Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related area required 2 years’ post-Bachelor’s experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness Valid driver’s license required Benefits
