What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate and perform daily clinical research activities for the Comprehensive Cancer Center
Review clinical trial protocols for feasibility and accuracy of specimen needs
Communicate with sponsors and internal/external laboratories regarding sample analysis
Create study-specific educational materials for clinical research staff
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to facilitate study openings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical research capacity
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Software applications
Ability to work occasionally onsite, requiring Ohio residency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in clinical trials processing
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
Familiarity with laboratory protocols and study calendars
