Job Summary To provide patient care and technical skills in the operation of a Magnetic Resonance (MRI) scanner for diagnostic and evaluation purposes.

Minimum Qualification

Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program; Certification in MRI by the ARRT or ARMRIT required; Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program.

High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of an accredited program for Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

2 years as a staff MRI Technologist, preferred.

Special Requirements Equipment Operated: MRI Scanner, PACS, RIS and related clinical equipment.

Communication Skills Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact). Writing/Composing (Correspondence/Reports) Writing/Reports.
