Role: Phlebotomist Department: ER Schedule: FT, 7p-3a Responsibilities
Label, process and deliver specimens for testing. Collect blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques. Maintain equipment and medical supplies. Assist with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred). Approved nationally accredited Phlebotomy training course (Preferred). Certification from ASCP or NHA (Preferred). Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Experience with formal phlebotomy training (Preferred). Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to work in a stressful environment. Benefits and Compensation
