Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans for skilled nursing residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Qualifications
NC OT License Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred Employment details
