Pay Range: $29 – $34 per hour.

Responsibilities
Assist in executing therapeutic plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist, teaching adaptive equipment use, guiding exercises, and engaging patients in recovery activities.
Contribute to planning and selecting therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient needs and interests, applying creative and practical approaches to meet goals.
Monitor and document patient progress, observing changes in performance and behavior, reporting observations to the occupational therapist, and adjusting interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
Educate patients and families about the therapy process, adaptive equipment, and home modifications, providing clear instructions and support for continued practice at home.
Qualifications
Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current license or certification in the state of practice.
