Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, consistent with professional standards and ethical practices. Licenses and Certifications:
Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Current CPR certification preferred. Education & Experience:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 0-1 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve physical function. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and condition management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, compliant with policies and regulations.
