Compounder (3rd Shift) – Princeton, NJ
Overview
As a Compounder, you’ll support the plant’s day‑to‑day operations, working with automated and semi‑automated pumps, filters, scales and computer systems to mix fragrance chemicals. Your role will help improve product quality and enable growth into a Manufacturing Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Operate automated and semi‑automated pumps, filters, scales, and computer systems to compound chemicals for fragrance products.
Precisely fill raw materials into tanks, ensuring grounding and bonding, and report any deviations.
Complete batches, including scanning partial components for final batches.
Use computer systems (WAC, MES, SAP) for formula information, material scanning, inventory checks, goods receipt, and label printing.
Verify scale accuracy and perform precision weighing with the WAC.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary $27.00–$29.00 per hour. In addition to salary, we offer an inclusive benefits package with annual incentive pay, retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and other benefits subject to eligibility.

Qualifications
High school diploma or similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
1–3 years of chemical manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
Ability to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
