Full-Time Physical Therapist – Kentucky
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, physician orders, and evidence-based practices. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and other interventions to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations. Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Kentucky. Experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines. Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation
$35 – $80 hourly
