OSF HealthCare is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro. The clinic, OSF Rehabilitation Sheridan Road, is a multidisciplinary setting serving neurological and orthopedic diagnoses with a team of therapists and specialized programs. Position offers multiple sign-on bonus options and a competitive total rewards package including benefits, compensation, recognition, and well-being offerings. Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position. Responsibilities
Assist patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Those licensed after 2016 must have a Doctoral degree. Those licensed prior to 2016 are grandfathered under prior IDFPR or MBPT licensure requirements. Licenses/Certifications Respective state license in Physical Therapy or authorization to test (and scheduled to test within 60 days of eligibility), with licensure verifiable within one year of hire. CPR certification within 90 days of hire Valid state driver’s license (verification via driving record) Other Skills/Knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Solid computer skills (Microsoft software) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate to the population served Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and treatment team members Analytical ability to evaluate patients, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans, observe status, and assist with problem resolution Excellent computer skills and ability to process detailed information accurately About OSF Rehabilitation
