Assess people’s conditions and refer to the next steps in care (70%). Provide treatment, such as first aid or life support care, to sick or injured patients (30%). Limitations

ARE NOT ABLE to assess an athlete for a head injury OR athletic injury. ARE NOT ABLE to tape or wrap an athlete. Cannot collect or administer prescription medication to campers. If only an EMT is working at your camp, a SENIOR STAFF MEMBER must be appointed to collect/administer medication. Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience
