Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW or LCPC)
This role is offered by One Health in Belgrade, Montana. It is a full‑time, in‑person position that utilizes a multidisciplinary, team‑based patient care model.
Base pay range $81,931.00/yr – $92,601.00/yr
In this position you will evaluate and treat patients within your licensed scope of practice; provide preventive health/lifestyle advice, case management, and consult with other members of the care team. You will also treat mental illness, provide specialty referrals, and serve a rural population through a community‑based, integrated approach.
Position Summary Responsible for providing behavioral services to One Health patients. You will utilize a balanced approach that includes perspectives of all disciplines involved in health services and maintain flexibility to accommodate diverse program needs.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Master’s Social Work (MSW) licensed in Montana as an LCSW, *or*
Master’s in Counseling licensed in Montana as an LCPC or LPC, *or*
Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy licensed in Montana as an LMFT
Experience with individual therapy and treatment plans
BLS Certification upon hire
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years community health experience
Two (2) years of experience as a behavioral health provider
Experience serving diverse cultures
