Position Overview
Are you a dedicated and experienced SLP with a passion for early intervention? Are you ready to step into a leadership role within a growing and mission-driven pediatric practice? Sunny Pediatric Services is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who not only enjoys direct therapy with infants and toddlers.
Practice Highlights
At Sunny Pediatric Services, we provide in-home, daycare, and in-office services to children under age 4, with a strong emphasis on parent coaching, collaboration, and caregiver education. Our therapists share knowledge, problem-solve together, and support one another's growth. We believe in fostering leadership from within and creating clear paths for professional advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Complete comprehensive evaluations and reassessments. Develop and implement individualized plans of care. Provide therapy in natural environments (homes, daycares), office, or via telehealth. Educate caregivers and collaborate with other professionals. Document progress using an EMR. Support quality improvement initiatives and team-wide communication. Help mentor and guide newer team members. Take part in team decision-making and, if desired, help shape clinical procedures and standards of care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Florida SLP license and ASHA CCCs required. Minimum of four years of experience required. Strong interest or background in working with infants and toddlers. Medicaid credentialing or ability to become credentialed preferred. Leadership potential with strong organization, communication, and mentorship skills. Passion for collaborative work and commitment to professional growth. Private practice, hospital, or early intervention experience preferred.
