Pay Rate:
$40 to $42 per hour, based on experience Sunday - 24 hours Monday - 4:00 pm - 7:00 am Tuesday - 4:00 pm - 7:00 am Wednesday - 8:00 pm - 9:00 am Thursday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Friday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Saturday - 9:00 pm - 7:00 am Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home client assessments and document findings clearly Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Administer prescribed medications and monitor client response Provide wound care and monitor healing Offer education and emotional support to clients and families Deliver palliative care with empathy and professionalism Recommend care tools and adaptive devices to improve quality of life Requirements:
Active LPN license in New Jersey Current CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred) Reliable transportation for home visits Ability to work independently and follow care plans Kind, respectful bedside manner and clear communication skills Experience with trach/vent care, G-tubes, pure wicks, and suprapubic/ostomy care preferred Comfort working in pet-friendly homes Proficiency with basic tech (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) Why Join Us?
