Overview
Speech and Language Therapist/ Dysphagia Specialist (Full-Time) is a vacancy in the Division of Student Services for the Chester County Intermediate Unit. The role serves birth to three, preschool, and students with complex communication needs and/or swallowing and feeding problems throughout the county. Responsibilities
Provide clinical evaluation, consultation, and intervention for students with feeding and swallowing and communication disorders from Birth to 21. Maintain all paperwork for a caseload of students with complex needs in a special education setting. Qualifications
Must have valid Pennsylvania certification as Speech & Language Therapist Master's degree in Communicative Disorders required Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred; Clinical Fellowship year considered Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire) Schedule
Monday - Friday; 7.5 hours per day; 194 days per year Salary
2025-2026 Salary: PRO, Track I (Masters + 30): $69,938-$106,442/yr. Placement on band is based on years of direct experience in a comparable role. Equal Opportunity Employer
