Position Details FY 2025-2026
Northwest Classical Academy seeks a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). The SLP will deliver speech therapy services to students across all grades and collaborate to create a safe, secure, and respectful learning environment. This is a salaried, exempt position with standard hours from 7:25 a.m. to 3:25 p.m., starting July 2025.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with classroom teachers and support the Director of Student Services regarding Speech Therapy.
Develop, implement, and update IEPs, including scheduling meetings, communicating with parents, and managing caseloads.
Assess students using appropriate evaluation tools to determine therapy needs.
Participate in RTI/MTSS processes, including screenings and meetings.
Maintain clinical and administrative records per guidelines.
Provide emotional and behavioral support as needed.
Qualifications
Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
Current CCC-SLP from ASHA.
Familiarity with technology such as GO-IEP and Google Workspace.
Experience in classical education is preferred but not required.
