Join our Resource Pool Float RN team to gain training and experience across a variety of departments. With competitive compensation and a supportive leadership team, this role allows you to grow your skills through deployments across Froedtert Health's South Region locations.

Location & Schedule:

Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, WI

On-site

FTE: 0.9

Shift: Shift 3 (3 12-hour shifts 1900-0730, every 3rd weekend rotation)

Floats to Froedtert Hospital and Froedtert Bluemound Rehab Hospital.

Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 months recent inpatient hospital nursing experience.

Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or multi-state NLC license.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent within 90 days of hire.

BSN required within 5 years of enrollment (6 years for MSN/DNP/PhD). Preferred BSN.

Education:

Required: Completion of an accredited School of Nursing, eligible for RN licensure.

Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
