Job Scope Responsible for a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 in person and/remote psychotherapy sessions with clients.
Description JOB SCOPE: Responsible for a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 in person and/remote psychotherapy sessions with clients.
Essential functions Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in a group setting.
Conduct intakes as needed
Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.
Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
Maintain current and timely EHR records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LCAT/LMFT or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
