Adkins Electric, Inc., A Norlee Company, is looking for a highly motivated
Electrical Foreman
in the area to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial construction.
We are currently offering a competitive salary, and a company vehicle (once MVR has cleared) for this full-time position, Monday through Friday.

What this Role will Do:
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Commercial experience is a MUST; we need a strong leader.
You’ll be a great fit if:
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
Ability to operate various types of equipment, read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers. Responsible for managing a crew of electricians and meeting a demanding job schedule.
Effective communication skills to convey information clearly, including following safety rules and adhering to company policies.
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work successfully.
Must have NEC code knowledge; Journeyman preferred.
Must have your own hand tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.
Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds and working safely on ladders.
