Responsibilities: AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN: Salary Range: $17 - $40.00 per hour based on experience Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle Assist with inventory management and store duties Perform services following safety standards and procedures Test drive vehicles according to company policy and traffic laws Maintain technical knowledge through Monro University training Operate and maintain equipment safely per manufacturer guidelines Perform other duties as assigned GENERAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, with potential incentives. This full-time or part-time hourly role involves performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance, delivering exceptional 5-star service, and effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests. Qualifications
Automotive Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent Automotive training or equivalent experience ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program General Service Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR Additional Information
