Conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments Prepare detailed engineering reports and design plans Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project success Oversee construction and ensure compliance with geotechnical specifications Provide technical support and guidance to other geotechnical staff Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or related engineering field Professional Engineer (PE) license Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering Transportation industry experience required, NCDOT experience strongly preferred Understanding of deep foundation design principles Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits
