Responsibilities

Maintain and service Brightstar equipment at retailer locations. Respond to dispatches and drive to client sites within a specified zone. Install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices. Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain equipment, replacement parts, tools in an organized manner. Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy for the company vehicle. Keep equipment continuous operation through maintenance. Troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning equipment – swap parts, clean, adjust. Communicate effectively with dispatchers – report activity, arrival/departure, problems, resolutions. Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts; track inventory. Provide basic training to new or refresher retailer staff. Complete forms for reporting activity and recommending improvements. Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical or IT related training or education is a plus. Experience

2+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience. Skills

Computer literate with documented technical experience. Knowledge of AC/DC fundamentals. Knowledge and experience with basic tools. Ability to work varied shifts, overtime, travel to client sites. Must lift 50 pounds and stay standing full shift. Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers.
