Your impact

Prototype, test, and refine solutions to meet engineering standards and product needs.
Partner with suppliers, sites, and customers to optimize performance end-to-end.
Analyze data, report findings, and recommend actions that enhance packaging effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement, resolving inefficiencies with structured problem‑solving.
Support project management for packaging development and implementation.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Contribute to product development and assist with customer order processing activities.
Maintain accurate CRM data to strengthen retention and service excellence.
Must-haves
Post‑secondary technical education or equivalent (2‑year degree).
3+ years in packaging engineering or logistics.
Hands‑on proficiency with CAD tools and engineering design.
Working knowledge of HSE regulations.
Nice‑to‑haves
Associate degree or technical certification in engineering or logistics.
Experience with change management and continuous improvement frameworks.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Track record delivering customer‑centered packaging solutions.
