The

Electrician

supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical building equipment and systems. Come join our IFM team that manages our clients headquarters in Round Rock, TX! Location: North Austin / Round Rock, TX Work Schedule: onsite, Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + on call as needed Reporting To: Engineering Manager Additional Perks: company provided cell phone, laptop, cafeteria onsite, company provided uniforms, tools, & PPE, large engineering team, place to learn with different equipment and SMEs. Estimated Compensation: $28.75 - $41.73 an hour. The range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. We are seeking an

Electrician

to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive electrical program across multiple sites including data centers, laboratories, manufacturing plants, and general office space. This position will be servicing our clients headquarters across several different buildings. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth. What your day-to-day will look like: Perform work on electrical systems in offices, data centers, labs, manufacturing facilities, and general building requests and coordinate with vendors for maintenance of: Generators UPS systems Substations Electrical panels Ats MCC / PDU - Under the Electrical Lead assist with a comprehensive electrical program, including: Arc flash studies Infrared scanning Preventive maintenance schedules - Respond to and resolve electrical inquiries and issues across all facilities - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices - Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute electrical projects - Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency situations - Work with different business units on requests. Assisting and providing data with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) audits as required Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Capable of standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent Three (3)+ years of experience as an electrician Knowledge of electrical systems in data centers, laboratories, and manufacturing environments Experience partnering with vendors and contractors Strong understanding of arc flash and infrared scanning techniques Familiarity with UPS systems, generators, and substation operations Experience working in electrical maintenance programs Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment, software, and building management systems Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and drawings Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required Valid driver\'s license Preferred Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician\'s License preferred Previous military experience a plus to include Army Prime Power, Navy ET/Nuke, Air Force HVAC/Power Pro Electrician. Union training or vocational education is a plus Infrared Thermography Certificate Experience with green energy solutions and sustainability initiatives Exposure to the following CMMS/BMS/BAS: Johnson Controls/JCI, Siemens & Corrigo Please submit your application with an updated resume, location, contact information, relevant licenses and certifications.
