We are expanding with a new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site
Production Supervisor
to join the team. Reporting to the
Operations Manager , this position will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations for the Mesa XNRGY production site. You will ensure that production meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost-related metrics, lead and supervise production teams, and drive a lean culture focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the production team and operators.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor employee performance.
Provide and develop coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
Ensure production schedules are adhered to, making resource adjustments as needed to meet schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize the production flow.
Enforce safety regulation and promote a safe working environment.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, and employee performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Develop and support standard work activities for yourself and team members.
Identify and address quality-related issues in the manufacturing process.
Communicate production status and issues to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, business administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, SAP).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Certification in lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software.
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance tools.
Required: Bilingual (Spanish and English).
