Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teach, support, and model policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders. Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform. Walmart offers competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and a range of benefits. Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years of supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred qualifications
