Product Knowledge: Demonstrate detailed knowledge of all product features and functionalities; articulate product capabilities, limitations, and use cases to prospects; explain standard use case scenarios effectively Technical Skills: Troubleshoot and research basic technical problems; handle technical objections; provide accurate product demonstrations and proofs of value Understand and follow typical sales strategies; contribute to the sales process by identifying technical pain points; translate customer needs into product solutions Participate in Proofs of Value (POVs) following established scripts and guidelines; build rapport with prospects throughout the sales cycle; demonstrate active listening to gather key information Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Professional Development: Seek personal growth, attend training, and contribute ideas in team meetings Competitive Knowledge: Articulate differentiators versus top competitors Business Acumen: Understand sales processes and how product features translate into business value for customers Minimum Qualifications

2 year degree or technical degree preferred Experience with Gmail and Google Docs; experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) 1 year of presales experience or equivalent combination of technical and sales experience Strong technical background in cybersecurity or related field Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies Excellent verbal and written communications; highly organized and result-oriented; strong time management Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and analysis ability; integrity, accountability, respect and commitment; strong collaboration and teamwork Must be able to work with minimal supervision Benefits and Additional Information
