Mechanical Engineer
– Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Range: $50-60
Candidate must be local to the Orlando, FL site. This position requires the contractor to be onsite 100% of the time.
Responsibilities
Mechanical engineer for the Test Engineering Mechanical COE.
Detailed mechanical design and drafting of test stations, design changes, and general CAD modeling.
Design responsibilities include designing vibration fixtures for units under test and fixtures for thermal testing.
Required Experience
Ability to create 3D models and CCAs, harnesses and cables; implementation of geometric tolerancing; experience in 3D modeling (CREO experience required); optical physics; understanding of precision machining; design review presentations.
5 years experience in Creo.
5 years experience in Mechanical design or Electromechanical design.
At least 1 year of Windchill experience.
Coordination with the documentation group on both program product design and the test engineering packaging group.
