Lead the
full lifecycle design
of mechanical systems for LEO satellites, from concept to deployment Oversee
CAD modeling and detailed design
of satellite structures and components Perform
FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
and other structural/thermal simulations to optimize performance Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electronics, propulsion, and manufacturing Drive innovation in lightweight, high-strength materials and space-ready mechanical systems What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in
mechanical design and analysis
for space or launch vehicles is required Expertise in
CAD software
(SolidWorks, CATIA, NX) and
FEA tools
(ANSYS, Abaqus) Proven track record of
full lifecycle development
of mechanical systems Knowledge of space-grade materials, thermal management, and structural dynamics Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders Location: Houston, TX. Salary: $130,000.00–$140,000.00.
