Morningside Ministries Senior Living Communities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in senior living facilities, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for residents. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in both commercial and residential settings. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to assess HVAC needs and implement solutions to improve energy efficiency and system performance. Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs performed. Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Educate staff and residents on proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in senior living facilities, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for residents. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in both commercial and residential settings. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to assess HVAC needs and implement solutions to improve energy efficiency and system performance. Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs performed. Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Educate staff and residents on proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience, with a focus on both commercial and residential systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, NATE, HVACR) and ongoing training in HVAC technology. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in senior living or healthcare environments, and commercial environments. Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable HVAC practices.
