Summary
Performs maintenance related repairs on all District-owned vehicles as assigned. Responsibilities
Repairs and services all District vehicles Performs extensive monthly inspections on all vehicles in the school fleet Performs on-the-road service calls for all District vehicles Signs for all parts and materials issued by the parts manager and for service rendered to vehicles Maintains fuel and oil levels in District vehicles Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator General Information

Valid Driver License required Must be insurable by Fulton County Board of Education Possession of a valid Class B Commercial Driver License with passenger, S, and air brake endorsements preferred Experience Qualifications
None required; Some experience as a mechanic preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent driving record Must have basic computer skills Good communication skills both written and verbal Working Conditions
Hazardous physical conditions Exposure to mechanical parts, electrical currents Exposure to fumes, odors, dust, grease Exposure to extreme heat or cold and extreme weather conditions Exposure to extreme noise levels Physical Demands
