Construction Superintendent
with experience in
data center and mission critical projects
to oversee day-to-day field operations in the Las Vegas market. This role is responsible for leading jobsite activities, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-track environments and has a deep understanding of
MEP-heavy builds . Key Responsibilities Direct and manage
field operations
for large-scale
data center projects ($50M+) , from site mobilization through commissioning. Lead daily coordination of subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor construction activities for compliance with
design, schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols . Collaborate with Project Managers, design teams, and owner representatives to resolve issues quickly and proactively. Enforce company and OSHA safety requirements; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Track progress against the master schedule; identify risks and implement recovery strategies as needed. Review and verify subcontractor work, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Mentor and develop field staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience , including
3+ years in mission critical/data center projects . Strong knowledge of
MEP systems, sequencing, and commissioning
in mission critical environments. Demonstrated success delivering fast-track, high-value projects ($50M+). Proven leadership ability to manage complex field operations and multiple trade partners. Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to lead under pressure. OSHA 30 and current safety certifications (preferred). Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$120,000 – $200,000 (DOE) Annual
