We are seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our EV Power Systems team, focusing on Battery, Drive Unit, and Power Electronics. This role involves applying engineering theory and principles to enhance industrial layout and manufacturing production, notably in innovative technologies and processes to boost manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Position Details
Contract Type: W2 only
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension)
Location: Casa Grande, AZ (Li-Onsite)
Pay Range: $50–55 per hour on W2
Senior Level: Mid‑Senior
Key Responsibilities
Study and enhance efficiency via time, motion, methods, and speed analysis in production operations.
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to set quality/reliability standards.
Ensure records adhere to quality assurance specifications.
Optimize work assignments based on performance, capacity, and schedules.
Develop workflow, routing, floor layouts, and machine utilization diagrams.
Must‑Have Skills
5‑7+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a similar domain (Battery, Drive Unit, Power Electronics).
Proficiency in 3D CAD software for design and documentation.
Experience developing and executing production lines and RFQ/spec development.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics.
Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, preferably in the EV or related high‑tech industries.
