Purpose The Project Manager position is critical for providing leadership on assigned projects to maintain positive client relationships. It involves estimating, direct supervision of subcontractors, and ensuring a successful, safe project completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Provide overall leadership, conduct onsite meetings, manage team productivity, and coordinate with staff on work procedures and issues.
Planning & Scheduling:
Coordinate subcontractors, create project schedules, manage changes, and report on progress.
Oversight & Safety:
Ensure quality construction, adherence to safety codes, manage materials and equipment, and implement corrective measures when needed.
Contracts & Permits:
Administer contracts, negotiate with vendors, submit permits, and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Assist in estimating, communicate proactively with clients and teams, and manage site issues effectively.
Behavioral Competencies

Working Conditions
Work may be performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
Background in Educational and Commercial construction.
6-10 years of experience in commercial construction.
Experience with Design Build methodology is a plus.
Physical Demands Requires occasional sitting, climbing, stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds, and good vision abilities.
