Senior Construction Manager
to lead the delivery of cutting-edge data center builds in the Wisconsin region. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive every phase of the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through commissioning and handover. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and will have ownership and autonomy in project delivery. Base pay range

Full-Time | On-Site Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle project delivery: budgeting, scheduling, permitting, design coordination, construction oversight, and closeout. Manage RFPs, bids, and vendor selection processes. Oversee CSA and MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align design intent with operational goals. Conduct site walks, review contractor billing, and maintain accurate financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Support commissioning and transition to operations teams post-handover. Ideal Candidate Profile
Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in mission-critical environments. Strong background in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
