Nuclear Medicine Shift:
Days, 5 days/week, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Facility:
Miami Valley Hospital North Responsibilities
Independently perform Nuclear Medicine procedures using proper techniques and radiopharmaceuticals. Work within your scope of practice, including medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture. Coordinate patient flow and department activities, ensure radiation safety, and maintain equipment. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed. On-call responsibilities may apply. Qualifications
Education:
Associates degree in Allied Health, major in Nuclear Medicine Technology Certifications:
CPR, Nuclear Medicine registry, ODH licensure, ARRT RT (R) and/or NMTCB Experience:
No prior experience required; preferred one year in Nuclear Medicine Skills:
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, Ohio Department of Health regulations; proficiency in EMR, RIS, and Image Storage systems Additional Details
