Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining CNC Vertical Turning machines, specifically DMG and Dmg Mori Seiki, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings to accurately manufacture parts.
Applying GD&T principles to ensure precision in manufacturing processes.
Using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to inspect and verify dimensions of parts.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery and processes.
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Complying with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Continuously improving processes and techniques for efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience as a CNC Vertical Turning Machinist.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining DMG and Dmg Mori Seiki machines.
Strong knowledge of GD&T principles.
Expertise in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with quick troubleshooting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety, with knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
