Develop less experienced Machine Builders through on the job training as necessary. Provide leadership insight to Management team. Build from blueprints, sketches, CAD, and CAM files. Utilization of lathes, grinders, drill presses, and manual Bridgeport. Fabrication and assembly utilizing hand and power tools. Read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering blueprints and schematics. Use of measurement tools and accurate calculation. Align, secure, and adjust cutting tools and workpieces. Turn, mill, drill, shape, and grind machine parts to specifications. Travel Requirements 25-45% Qualifications & Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years’ experience in building equipment. Proven mechanical aptitude. Intermediate to expert proficiency in small to medium sized machine build. Intermediate proficiency in large machine build. Intermediate to expert proficiency in the use of lathes, grinders, drill presses, and manual Bridgeport. Intermediate to expert proficiency in utilizing hand and power tools. Intermediate to expert proficiency in accurate use of measurement devices and accurate calculations. Preferred: College or trade school certification in machine building or a related field. Basic working knowledge and fundamentals of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Physical Requirements

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position requires frequent lifting, pushing and pulling objects that are 50lbs or heavier. Seniority level
