Role Profile A day-in-the-life of a Technician A:
Perform routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks as directed by a Manager or Service Advisor.
Conduct basic automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire replacement and general vehicle maintenance.
Have the opportunity to perform fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, electrical repairs, diagnostic repairs, drivability diagnostics, and other advanced repair and maintenance services.
Drive vehicles into the service bay, prepare them for service and complete digital vehicle inspections.
Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to the customer after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete.
Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience.
Work with, mentor and train less experienced Technicians.
Responsibilities
Complete automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined on repair orders.
Perform fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, electrical repairs, diagnostic repairs and drivability diagnostics.
Operate service bay equipment and document work performed per procedures.
Ensure a safe, clean and organized work environment at all times.

Competitive pay starting at $70,000 annual (hourly rate + productivity bonus earned for every hour produced over 40 per week + annual bonus eligibility).
Annual incentive opportunities, certification bonus opportunities, and flat-rate (production) pay.
Work-life balance with shorter workdays and defined hours: Monday–Friday 7:30am–6pm, Saturday 8am–4pm; closed Sundays and major holidays.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED or Technical school certification.
Valid driver's license.
5+ years of experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center.
Knowledgeable about automotive/truck systems, tools and technical resources and able to independently perform basic repairs and maintenance.
Ability to maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and provide exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
ASE Certifications (A1–A8) with Master Technician designation or equivalent.
Ase certification L1 - Advanced Engine Performance Specialist.
State inspection certification where applicable.
AC 609 Certification.
Work Environment
May experience loud noises and odors in the shop.
Standing, walking and physical activity required; ability to lift up to ~80 pounds; must have own tools adequate for the center.
Work in heat in locations without air conditioning; fans available in facilities.
Ability to work on your feet in a concrete facility for the full shift.
