We’re seeking a High Tech Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of high tech systems on a battery manufacturing project and to be an integral member of the on‑site construction management team. Responsibilities include managing pre‑construction through commissioning, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing subcontractors and vendors, and delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor on‑site teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Serve as the high tech systems technical advisor at the onsite field construction office. Provide electrical systems technical support in the field, including layout, verification, and sequencing of installations. Lead or support meetings with area managers, design team members, multiple subcontractors, and client representatives. Facilitate daily coordination meetings and resolve field issues promptly. Attend pre‑installation meetings and assist in documentation of as‑built conditions. Coordinate with engineering consultants, architects, vendors, and client representatives. Review, interpret, and coordinate design drawings, construction documents, technical manuals, and materials required for construction. Review shop drawings, product data, and submittals; ensure compatibility and constructability. Generate and manage RFIs; process change documents and field directives. Support BIM coordination and clash detection/resolution. Coordinate installation and inspection of electrical components (switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs, bus ducts, low‑voltage systems). Ensure compliance with local codes and client requirements; lead QA/QC for electrical installations. Maintain documentation for inspections, testing, and commissioning; assist in turnover of systems. Collaborate with Mechanical, Plumbing, CSA, and other Electrical Construction Managers for integrated systems. Enforce safety protocols; conduct regular site inspections and risk mitigation. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress and risks; maintain records of changes, RFIs, submittals, and as‑builts. Salary Range:

$78,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience). Qualifications

We are seeking a flexible, detail‑oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess: Minimum 5 years of Construction Management experience in commercial building; at least 3 years in hyperscale or mission‑critical data center environments. Proven experience managing large‑scale high tech installations, preferably in hyper‑scaled data centers. Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and commissioning processes; integrated systems testing. OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred. High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent; PMP or similar certification preferred. Position Related Skills Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365; experience with project management software (Prolog, Procore, E‑Builder, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6). Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks); CSI MasterFormat familiarity. Strong ability to organize technical data and manage multiple priorities; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player with ability to collaborate across departments and levels; flexible work hours to accommodate project schedules. Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, climb stairs, ladders, and inspect confined spaces; lift up to 50 pounds; long periods of standing, walking, or sitting as needed. Must have valid driver’s license; ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment; independent judgment and critical thinking skills.
