Superintendent - Amenity Projects (Commercial) Full Time • Exempt • Based in Palm Coast, FL $110k to $125k + per diem + truck allowance We’re looking for a Superintendent who knows how to lead from the front. You’ll take the lead on a high-end amenity project in Lakewood Ranch that includes extensive pool and outdoor features. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, you’ll be running the show on site - coordinating trades, managing schedules, and keeping quality and safety locked in. You’ll work closely with the PM and subcontractors to keep everything moving forward without surprises. Your ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions will be key to delivering this project the right way. What You’ll Do

Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractor performance Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, inspections, and manpower Enforce safety protocols and lead daily/weekly safety meetings Communicate with PMs on progress, challenges, and resource needs Track quality control and solve field issues as they come up Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Assist with punch list and project closeout What You Bring

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction - especially with amenity spaces like pools, clubhouses, or fitness centers Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to manage tight timelines without sacrificing quality Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office) Solid understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencing A steady, solution-oriented mindset Willingness to travel or stay near the jobsite (per diem and truck allowance provided) Criminal background check and drug test will be required What You’ll Gain
